We do not have any deliver time guarantee. Our flower shop will deliver during his regular business hours. If your flowers need to reach the recipient at a specific time please send us an email. The delivery time request morning/afternoon is not guaranteed, but we will do our utmost to meet your delivery time request.

 
How do I know if my order got fine delivered?
FloralDominicana.com guarantees each order to be delivered on the requested delivery date during the regular labor hours. If by any reason the order cannot be filled you will be contacted by our customer service as soon we detect a delivery problem. Thus, if you do not hear or read from us you may be assured your order got delivered in the fresh and personal way guaranteed by floraldominicana.com. If you know that the order did not reach its delivery destination you may contact us and claim a non-delivery with your order- number as reference.

 
How can I change an order?
If you need to change the delivery details kindly write us an email or call us during our business hours. Due to the various time zones & public business hours in individual countries, we are only able to grant changes of an order placed, if we get notification at least 24h prior the requested delivery date.

Sunday and Holiday Deliveries
Delivery service is often not available in many areas on Sundays or legal holidays. So, while every effort will be made to accommodate such deliveries when possible, items requested for delivery on a Sunday or legal holiday may have to be delivered the day before or the day after the date requested.

Recipient Not Home
If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your gift bouquet, please note them in the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout. In all other cases, if the recipient is not at home when the neighborhood florist attempts a delivery, they will either:

  • Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time
  • Leave a note on the recipient's door asking them to contact the florist to schedule a delivery time
  • Leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance)
  • Leave the gift bouquet with a neighbor and place a message on the recipient's door with this information
